Emergency Essential Food Analyzer

I just opened an account and tried this analyzer out. It was pretty informative. I liked that I could put in what I currently have and it would let me know how many days worth of food I have to feed my family the amount of calories a day they need. Eye opening for sure. Even if you haven't purchased all your food from them you can enter in what you have according to #10 cans or buckets and it did the calculations for you. You are also able to add or look up products according to the nutrients they provide, such as iron, protein, etc. Then you are given a list of products to view and purchase or at least get a good idea of what products are available to you. There's more to food storage than wheat and oats and powdered milk.

Take a look. Try out the analyzer yourself.

They also have a free gift card give away by trying it out and adding it to your blog. Check it out and use your gift card to build your food storage!

1 Month Menu Planning

This is a 1 Month Menu form. It helps you plan with variety. You can SAVE and EDIT it to fit your family.(maybe you don't eat seafood, or would rather eat beef 2x a week)

Sit down and fill this out one night. Making your grocery list each week becomes so much easier. Maybe you'll even fill out another one with different recipes, giving you 2 months worth of menus.

It sure makes grocery list making quick and easy.

Notice: I didn't add Days of the Week. Just shop for the recipes so you have what you need on hand. You'll know when you look at your day which one you have the time for.

Grocery List

Save time and money on grocery shopping. No more "going back" to the other end of the store to get something you forgot.

This grocery list is written in order of SuperWalmart's isles. It has the prices for many grocery items.

C=Costco price
S=Sam's price
no code means Walmart's regular price
Underlined price is a Stock Up price

Put a check next to the items you need to get or write in the sale price you are going to match at, with a V for Von's or S for Smith's, etc.(make's it easier at the register when you check out)

Keep in mind, my needs may differ from yours, so SAVE and EDIT this list to customize it for you.
